John arrived at Fleet Walk in January 1990 after working for various contract Security firms. With a keen interest in Operational duties including Health & Safety, John passed the NEBOSH qualification with a credit in 2003 & has been responsible for those maters since 2000 as well as developing operational procedures at the property.
His intimate knowledge of the building & Facilities was recognised by EFM in June 2006 when he was given the opportunity to Manage the Centre.
